Ford Australia markets a full range of passenger vehicles. Leading the charge
is the local Falcon range, built in Australia since 1960. Based in Victoria
with the Headquarters in Broadmeadows, the assembly plant is one of the most
diverse in the Ford world. Complimenting this facility is a Stamping, Casting
and Engine plant in Geelong and a state-of-the-art vehicle testing and durability
facility at You Yangs, all of which provide the platform for the World Class
Falcon sedan and wagon, Falcon Ute, Fairmont, Fairlane, LTD and Territory
variants to be built on the one assembly line. Ford Australia imports the
remainder of its range from the European Fiesta to the heavy-duty F-Series.
