MARK STACEY - Profile
Mark Stacey is one of Australia's most experienced and successful rally co-drivers.

He has had over 25 years rallying experience in Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Europe, in gravel, snow and tarmac events. Mark has competed successfully with a number of the region's top drivers, including Possum Bourne, Monster Tajima, Ed Ordynski, Cody Crocker, Katsu Taguchi, Dean Herridge and Michael Guest.

As well as a broad base of co-driving experience, Mark has also been actively involved in the Team Management role with Subaru Rally Team Australia in 2000, 2001 and 2002; with the Caltex Havoline Racing Team during the 2000 Asia-Pacific Rally Championship and with Les Walkden Rallying from 1993 to1997.

Major achievements include winning the Group N category for Production cars at Rally Australia (Australia's round of the World Rally Championship) on five consecutive occasions. Five Australian Group N Championships, the most recent being with the late Possum Bourne; three titles with Ed Ordynski and one with Michael Guest. He's the 2000 and 2002 Australian Champion, and was the 2000 Asia Pacific Champion Co-Driver. Mark's wins with Tajima in two Asian events during 1995 also enabled Tajima to win the Asia Pacific F2 Title that year.

Mark's experience includes many full Tarmac events such as the Japanese "Alpine' Rally, Targa Tasmania, Rally Tasmania and Classic Adelaide Rally. In 2001 Mark co-drove in Targa Tasmania for Motorcycle racing legend Mick Doohan, in a Mercedes.

From Club Champion in 1983 to Asia Pacific Champion in 2000, Mark has acquired vast experience in every aspect of rallying and he understands the responsibility required in professional rallying at the highest level.
